flooding

hullo, everyone. i'm posting this just as a precautionary thing, but due to mass flooding in my city, i have been informed that the power may be out entirely tomorrow/the next couple of days, sporadically, or, hell, it might even be fine. the river downtown has flooded the downtown area for sure, so there's a chance the water treatment plants will shut down as well and when that happens power will either have been cut already, or will likely follow.

basically, this is just a, "in-case-i-should-vanish-for-the-next-two-days-or-so" notice. may or may not come to anything.

update: my province is in a state of emergency. i am unsure how this will affect my activity.
